Glenn L. Burdick

Glenn Burdick is a Co-founder and Managing Director of Corporate Portfolio Analytics. With over 30 years of experience, Mr. Burdick provides our clients with in depth industry knowledge and unique perspective. His responsibilities include client relationship management and product development leadership, as well as project and operational management. Mr. Burdick’s areas of expertise include targeted performance measurement, cost efficiencies identification, transaction strategy and portfolio optimization.

Prior to Co-founding Corporate Portfolio Analytics, Mr. Burdick's experience included leadership positions at AEW Capital Management and the CIGNA Investment Group. As a Principal of AEW, Mr. Burdick founded and led its National Advisory Services Group, extending the firm's advisory focus to public sector and regulated entities, such as Fannie Mae's American Communities Fund, FDIC, HUD and the Department of Defense. His thirteen year tenure at AEW also encompassed asset management responsibility for AEW's renovation, repositioning and releasing of the 3.5 million square foot Sears Tower. At CIGNA, Mr. Burdick was Regional Director of Asset Management for the Eastern United States, with responsibility for maximizing performance on a $4.0 billion portfolio of equity and debt investments.

Mr. Burdick is committed to fostering positive social change through real estate and land use initiatives which advance urban revitalization and affordable housing goals. Currently, Mr. Burdick serves as Vice Chair of the national Urban Development and Mixed Use Council of the Urban Land Institute (ULI). He also chaired the ULI's Boston District Council from 2004-2008.

Mr. Burdick earned an MBA from Northwestern University and a BA degree from Dartmouth College.
