Katie Davenport
Ms. Davenport joined Corporate Portfolio Analytics as a Senior Analyst in the fall of 2009. Before joining CPA, Ms. Davenport was an analyst at Holliday Fenoglio Fowler, L.P., where she executed all aspects of commercial real estate loan and joint venture transactions, including underwriting and market analysis for office and industrial properties. Prior to that, Ms. Davenport was an economist at McGraw-Hill Construction, where she researched and analyzed market trends and cycles for real estate structure types and forecasted construction supply. She also has experience in economic consulting and financial accounting.
Ms. Davenport recently served as a Co-President of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology’s Alumni Association of the Center for Real Estate (AACRE) and is an active member of the Massachusetts chapter of NAIOP. She received a BA in Economics from Wesleyan University and an MS in Real Estate from MIT.
