Marvin Francois

Marvin Francois joined Corporate Portfolio Analytics as an analyst in June of 2008. His responsibilities at Corporate Portfolio Analytics include integrating data from multiple sources to facilitate analysis of client portfolios, analyzing and interpreting real estate data to draw research-based conclusions about current and predicted market movement, and developing graphical representations that reflect extensive research and analysis.

In addition to his work at Corporate Portfolio Analytics, Mr. Francois has demonstrated a great affinity for cultural immersion and international service projects. He studied in Madrid, Spain for six months and participated in an international service project in Gordon Town, Jamaica, and later laid the ground work for a highly contested service project in Cape Hatienne, Haiti.

Mr. Francois earned a BS in Finance from Boston College and in his senior year, Mr. Francois formally launched his real estate career as a Residential Leasing Agent.
