Aisha Naviwala
Aisha Naviwala is a Senior Analyst at Corporate Portfolio Analytics. Her responsibilities include using market intelligence data sources to perform real estate portfolio analysis and quantitative analysis. Ms. Naviwala creates an interface between client portfolio and market research data by producing graphical presentations using advanced Excel and PowerPoint. She is also responsible for integrating market intelligence data from data sources, and conducting research in support of various projects and business development.
Ms. Naviwala has been
greatly involved with the international community in Boston. She has held positions
at the International Center at Tufts and has been the head tutor for an ESL
(English as a Second Language) class geared towards graduate international
students.
Ms. Naviwala holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Tufts University and speaks four languages.
