Company History
Corporate Portfolio Analytics was founded in 2004, by Martha O'Mara and Glenn Burdick. Drawing upon their in depth experience in corporate real estate research and real estate investment advisory services, they began to develop analytical tools and strategic methodologies for long-range real estate portfolio planning that support the operational and business strategy objectives of large organizations.
Since its inception, our firm has blossomed and now offers clients an entire range of advisory services, research publications, analytical tools and customized management reports, providing a holistic advisory and analytical services.
In 2007 we established the Place Strategy Partnership, whose members are large corporate real estate occupiers, with which we are advancing the practice of long term corporate real estate strategic planning through research, education and quantitative modeling. Our Founders have a long history of serving government agencies on both a national and regional basis.
We pride ourselves on the innovative application of advanced market research and trend analysis to occupier portfolios. Within a short time our unique approach to real estate portfolio analysis was recognized by CoreNet Global, a renowned corporate real estate professional organization, and in 2006 earned the coveted H. Bruce Russell Global Innovators Award.
Corporate Portfolio Analytics is a certified Women Business Enterprise (WBE) incorporated in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
